Welcome a New Era in Laser Printed Decals. In the Past Traditional "Wood Decals" have been printed as Solid Color Patterns, that in practice have always seemed a bit "off" color and/or scale. Spada's "Wood Effect" Series offers a choice of any one of Seven different Wood Grain Patterns, Laser Printed on to a whisper thin Clear Decal Sheet. Many of the patterns are of a neutral color, which when laid down over the Wood Base Coat Color of your choosing picks up the character of that color and the appearance of a finished wood surface. All seven patterns are available for print in 1:32/1:48/1:72 Scale

WE005-32 placed over a base color of either ModelMasters "Wood" or Humbrol 61 Satin Oak lightened with white and finished with a Clear coat of Future. The Base coat color may be "Pre-Shaded" with "Washes" and or Other colors to create variations and/or "weathering" effects between Panels. A Top Coat Of Clear Acrylic Future was applied later with a thinned Gunze "Clear Yellow" Added as a Post wash for a Varnished Look.
